As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days after the delivery of the products by contacting our customer service. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel. The return of SHIFT products is your responsibility and it shall be at your own cost and expense. Therefore, we recommend you to use a reputable carrier/courier service that offers you the possibility of tracking your return for your peace of mind. SHIFT shall retain the refund of the amount paid by you for the product(s) until arrival of the products or proof of delivery of such return. By returning the full order SHIFT will also refund the shipping costs of the original order. The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional period of 2-10 business days.
